Safety switch-off with an over-long cooking time

If one of the cooking zones is heated for an unusually long
period of time (see chart) and the power level is not altered,
the cooktop will switch itself off automatically and the relevant
residual heat indicator will light up.
To use the cooking zone again, switch it back on in the usual
way.

* The continued cooking settings with + after the number are
only available if the power level range has been extended
(see "Programming").
Your cooktop will switch off automatically if one or several of
the sensors remain covered for more than about 10 seconds,
for example by finger contact, food boiling over, or by an
object such as an oven glove or a tea towel.
F will appear in the timer display.
^ Clean the control panel or remove the obstruction.
F will disappear. You can now use the cooktop again.
