Troubleshooting Before calling for service please check the following points. The fridge is not working Check the plug is inserted correctly into the wall socket. Storage area(Middle) This is where foods which must be cold to keep them safe should be kept. Raw and uncooked foods should always be wrapped. Pre-cooked chilled foods, eg. ready meal, meat pies, soft, cheese. CONTENTS Pre-cooked meats eg. ham. Prepared salads(including pre-washed chopped, pre-packed mixed green salads, rice, potato salad etc).
USING THE APPLIANCE Before plugging in your fridge for the first time remove all packaging, clean the fridge with lukewarm water and bicarbonate of soda. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Plug the fridge into the mains power supply and turn the thermostat control knob to position number 4.
