JVM not installed on your
computer or not
activated.
Active proxy server in
network.
Firmware upload failed.
In the address bar of your browser, after the unit IP
address, enter: /version
for example: 192.168.0.1/version
Write down the information or print out the page.

computer's proxy
settings to exclude local
IP addresses.
