Trouble Shoot
* Please confirm the following situations before request for repair.
Because the product might be stop working due to the improper operations or other simple reasons, therefore
please report to our customer service if the following situations happened.
* It's normal when operation sounds
occured.
- Wheel and cloth rubbing sounded.
- Motor sounded when loading
- Massage roller sounded.
- Tapping sounded.
- Seating sounded.
- Motor sounded.
- Air bags sounded.
- Power on sounded.
- Massage roller position different.
Massage roller position different.
Massage roller stop working, back to
initial position.
