    The Lenovo Solution Center program is available for download at http://www.lenovo.com/diags. To run the Lenovo Solution Center program, go to Control Panel and click System and Security ➙ Lenovo - System Health and Diagnostics, and then follow the instructions on the screen.

    If the computer you are servicing is not installed with the UEFI diagnostic program, you can download a bootable diagnostic program from the Lenovo Support Web site. The bootable diagnostic programs enable you to test computer memory and internal storage devices, view system information, and check and recover the internal storage devices.

    Reading or writing the ECA information Information on Engineering Change Announcements (ECA) is stored in the EEPROM of the system board. The electronic storage of this information simplifies the procedure to check if the ECA has been previously applied to a machine. The machine does not need to be disassembled to check for the ECA application. To check what ECAs have been previously applied to the machine, use the ECA Information Read/Write function on the USB Maintenance Key.
