Touch sounds
Touch sounds play when you touch items on the screen, such
as when making a selection.
1. From the Settings screen, touch Sound.
2. Touch Touch sounds to enable or disable the sounds.

Screen lock sound

Screen lock sound plays when you lock or unlock the screen.
1. From the Settings screen, touch Sound.
2. Touch Screen lock sound to enable or disable the
sound.

Haptic feedback

When turned On, the device vibrates to indicate screen
touches and other interactions.
1. From the Settings screen, touch Sound.
2. Touch Haptic feedback to turn touch vibrations On or
Off.

Emergency tone
You can choose to have a tone play, or have your phone
vibrate, periodically during an emergency call.
1. From the Settings screen, touch Sound
Emergency tone.
2. Select Off, Alert, or Vibrate.
Pen attach/detach sound
You can choose which tone plays when you remove the S Pen
and re-insert it.
1. From the Settings screen, touch Pen attach/detach
sound.
2. Select Off, Sound1, Sound2, or Sound3.
