Head restraints are provided for all seats.
Front separated type seats
Lock release button
Front bench type seat
Lock release button
Rear seat (Double Cab models)
Lock release button
Vertical adjustment
Up
Pull the head restraints up.
Down
Push the head restraint down
while pushing the lock release
button.

Pull the head restraints up.
Down
Push the head restraint down
