Installing the Light Kit

CAUTION
BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION, DISCON-
NECT THE POWER BY TURNING OFF THE
CIRCUIT BREAKER OR REMOVING THE FUSE
AT FUSE BOX. TURNING POWER OFF USING
THE FAN SWITCH IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO
PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK.
1. Remove the 1 of 3 light kit mounting screws
from the posts of the light kit mounting plate
and keep it for future use. Loosen the other 2
screws. (Do not remove)
2. While holding the light plate under your fan
motor assembly, snap together the 9 pin
connection plugs. one from the fan motor
assembly, and the other from the light plate.
3. Place the key holes on the light plate over the 2
light kit mounting screws previously loosened
from the mounting ring, turn the light plate
until he light plate locks in place at the narrow
section of the key holes. Secure by tightening
the 2 light kit mounting screws previously
loosened and the one previously removed.

Install two 13 watt compact fluorescent bulbs
(included) to the light sockets.
5.
Raise the glass shade/decorative
assembly up against bottom of light kit, align
the holes in the rim of the decorative frame
with the light kit and secure using the three
decorative screws provided with the light kit
hardware. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.EN.
