Default: Channel Aftertouch (controller number 0)
The aftertouch sensitivity will be adjusted according the current position of the controller
instead of the automatic adjustment by assigning the controller number 0. In this mode, the display
will show
when changing the controller.

Contin (c#4)
continuous controller (0-127)
Switch (d#4)
on-off controller (0-64 off / 65-127 On)
