From the "Accessories" menu, click
"System Tools".

Click "System Restore".
Step 5
Select "Restore my computer to an earlier
time" and then click "Next".
Step 6
Select the most recent date in which the
system performed well (you can choose a
specific month by clicking on the arrows
located at the sides of the calendar).
Select "System Check Point" or "Restore
Point" and then click "Next".
