When I am on a telephone call, words are dropped intermittently.
If you are using a wireless router and a cordless phone, they may be using the same frequency and
may interfere with each other. Move the cordless phone farther away from the router.
There may be heavy network activity, especially if you are running a server or using a file sharing
program. It is recommended to limit network or internet activity during VoIP telephone calls.
There may not be enough bandwidth available for your Internet phone call. You may want to test
your bandwidth using one of the bandwidth tests available online, such as speed test onlined.

My telephone does not ring and my calls automatically go to voicemail
1. Make sure the telephone is plugged into the correct port of Phone 1 on the Phone Adapter.
2. Make sure the ringer volume on the telephone is set to an audible level.
3. It is recommended that you reboot the system
The Status LED does not light up.
Check the cable connecting the Phone Adapter to your router. Make sure your network has an active Internet
connection.
