Troubleshooting No Dial Tone Go through this checklist until problem is solved: 1. Make sure the telephone is plugged into the correct port of Phone 1. 2. Make sure the green Power LED is solid lit. If it is not lit, check the power cord. If it is blinking wait few more minutes with the phone on hook. - Page 6 Lights Power The Power light shines when power is first plugged in. Flashes blue when connection is being set up. This light should be solid blue when the power is on and the device is ready. It will light up when the router is powered on, and will flash blue as it is booting up, or for a system self-test or firmware upgrade.
