Installing the drive Follow these steps to install the DVD-ROM drive: Step 1. Opening the computer 1. Turn off the computer and all attached devices. 2. For full drive functionality, install all software applications listed in the browser window except the UDF Reader. The UDF Reader application is for other computers that do not recognize UDF discs. Note: The quick installations will overwrite any versions of the software that are already installed.
