Synopsis: NonstopDelivery is providing threshold and white glove delivery services with assembly of
NuStep exercise bikes for ServiceByAir DTW. There may be existing equipment at the location to be
picked up and packaged. All freight will be delivered to the NSD location via multiple carriers, primarily
Forward Air, ABF, Con‐way and Estes. Final consignees will primarily be located in medical facilities.
Service Levels:
Threshold – Delivery of the freight with a two man team to the customer's first available room at their
location.
Whiteglove – Delivery of the freight with a two man team to the customer's room of choice,
unpackaging, debris removal, assembly, possible pickup and packaging of existing NuStep.
Scheduling: Contact to schedule delivery must be initiated with 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
Delivery must be completed with 72 hours of receiving freight, unless there are extenuating
circumstances on the part of the final customer.
Special Requests:
Receiving/Dock Procedures – All freight must be received regardless of damage. If there is carton
damage or visible damage to the product, notate the damage on the BOL, take pictures and notify NSD
immediately. Do NOT call the final consignee to schedule.
Scheduling – When calling the customer, please make sure you represent yourself as a ServiceByAir
employee. This will help alleviate some confusion with scheduling. NonstopDelivery has provided a
call sheet. This call sheet must be filled out completely when calling the customer to schedule.
Please be sure to file this with the NSD delivery paperwork as you may be requested to provide it if any
issues with scheduling or the delivery services arise. If this is not filled out properly and the questions
are not asked of the customer at the time of scheduling, you may be requested to return to the
customer's location at a later date to complete the delivery.
Assembly – Assembly is required on all deliveries of the T4 and T4R models as well as the T5 orders that
reflect "split" in the product description (The normal T5 Nusteps ship fully assembled). The drivers
may need to offer this service even if the customer does not request it. If the customer refuses
assembly, NSD must be called while the drivers are on‐site to authorize. If this is not completed, you
may be asked to return to the site to complete the assembly. The assembly instructions are attached
and should not take more than 30 minutes to complete (View the T4R instructions on pages 3 & 4, the
T5 split instructions on pages 5‐9 and the T4 instructions start on page 10). Any additional assembly
time will need to be validated before NSD will authorize payment.
Tools – For the T4R model, a 9/16" socket wrench is needed. For the T4 model, a Philips head screw
driver is needed. For the T5 split model, a 3/8" drive ratchet is needed. Please make sure your
drivers are prepared with the appropriate equipment when making these deliveries.
Stairs – For the T4, T4R and T5 split models, NSD is expected to carry the freight up or down stairs as
requested by the customer. The T5 model that ships FULLY ASSEMBELED is sold as a first floor or
