7. Accelerate the Engine.
BHand Throttle Lever
Pulling the throttle lever back decreases engine speed,
and pushing it forward increases engine speed.
BFoot Throttle
Use the foot throttle when traveling on the road. Press
down on it for higher speed. The foot throttle is interlocked
with the hand throttle lever; when using the foot throttle,
keep the hand throttle lever in low idling position.

8. Unlock the Parking Brake and Slowly
Release the Clutch.
BParking Brake Lever
To release the parking brake, depress the brake pedal,
push the release button and push the parking brake lever
down.

A The parking brake indicator light on the Easy
Checker(TM) will turn off when the parking brake is
unlocked.
A Do not attempt to put the tractor in motion before the
parking brake indicator light turns off.
If the tractor is operated with the parking brake set, the
warning buzzer sounds and the parking brake
indicator light starts flashing.
A If the tractor is operated with the parking brake set, the
parking brake might be damaged.
A If the parking brake is released but the parking brake
indicator light does not go out, check the level of brake
oil.
