Changing the number of rings

This parameter enables you to set the number of times your telephone rings before the answering
machine answers a call. The number of rings can be set between 2 and 8.
You can also select the

"Time
saver" mode automatically determines the number of rings: If there are no new
messages on the answering machine, the number of rings will be 4, otherwise the number of rings
will be 2.

You can give this code to anyone who can read the messages from a remote phone.
To secure the remote access to your answering machine, it is strongly recommended to
change the remote access code (0000 by default).
