NOTES
- The monitor is type approved according EN 60945 (1997), 4.4, equipment category b) protected from
the weather.
- For navigational use a external dimmable illumination is required;
(IEC 60945, 6.5.c, e.g. Goose neck light).
This is because the knob for brightness and the push buttons are not self lightning (dimmable).
- Use of brightness and push buttons may inhibit visibility of information at night.
BIOS Firmware:
On older products you will ONLY have the advanced version of the OSD menu and you should
use the advanced sections of this manual to operate your display.
To verify your BIOS Firmware version, the version number is displayed in the UTILITIES menu in
the right top corner. If no version number shows, you may have a BIOS Firmware below V1.00
This manual matches the BIOS Firmware V1.00 / V1.10 / V1.2 / V1.2F1 and V1.2F2.
As the available functions are nearly indentical between older products and V1.2F2, there should
be no critical need to update the BIOS Firmware.
