USER GUIDE
OPERATION PROCEDURE
1. When the power is turned on the LCD screen will display an image similar to Diagram A.
A sound alert will inform you that the machine has turned on.
Pedalling directly will begin your workout, alternatively you can use the console to enter
your personal information. Use the [UP] and DOWN] buttons to set SEX, HEIGHT, WEIGHT
and AGE. Confirm by pressing [ENTER].
Once complete the screen will change to Diagram B.

2. Now you can set the TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, and PULSE.
Press [UP] or [DOWN] keys to adjust the value and press [ENTER] to confirm.
3. When you begin pedalling, the value of TIME, DISTANCE and CALORIES begin to increase
as you exercise as seen in Diagram C. If you have arranged a preset target that display
function will begin to count down from the preset to zero, once you start.
When the target is reached, the monitor will start to beep for 8 seconds. After this the
monitor will begin counting up from zero, if you continue pedalling. Press [ENTER] for
confirmation.

4. In SCAN mode, RPM SPEED/TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/PULSE will alternate on the display
every 6 seconds.

5. Press the [ENTER] button to select a single function to display on the main screen.
Note, the RPM & SPEED functions will always appear on display.
6. RECOVERY
After exercising for a period of time, hold on to the silver handgrips and press the[RECOVERY]
button. Put your hand back on the silver handgrip and keep them there. All function displays
will stop except TIME, which will start counting down from 00:60 to 00:00.
The screen will display your heart rate recovery status with a result between F1 and F6, where
F1 is optimal performance. Press the [RECOVERY] button again to return the main display.
NOTE
1. If you stop training for 4 minutes, the computer will enter power saving mode and go to sleep.
You may press any button to wake up the computer.
