    User’s Manual 2. Quick Start To attach the LaCie LCD Monitor to your system, follow these instructions: 1. Turn off the power to your computer. 2. For the PC or MAC with DVI digital output: Connect the DVI signal cable to the connector of the display card in your system (Figure A.1).

    These options provide manual access to certain settings that influence the behavior of your display. If you are performing color-critical work, LaCie recommends that you not manually modify the settings of these functions, as your LaCie blue eye pro calibration software sets them automatically in accordance to your desired color settings. Modifying any of these settings man- ually will significantly disturb the accuracy of the colors you display and undermine the benefits of your color-managed environment.

If you are per- forming color-critical work, LaCie recommends that you not manually modify the settings of these functions, as your LaCie blue eye pro calibration software takes care of this precisely and automatically in accordance to your desired color settings.

FIRST DETECT: The video input has to be switched to “FIRST DETECT” mode. When current video input signal is not present, the monitor searches for a video signal from the other video input port.
