PX 1600 BELT-CLIP TRANSMITTER
BELT-CLIP TRANSMITTER EQUIPPED WITH:
• a channel selector to choose one of the 16 available frequencies (see the
label showing the 16 frequencies near the switch);
• ON/OFF switch (for the transmitter activation);
• a green LED indicating the battery charge status;
• a trimmer to adjust the input sensitivity (the maximum level is obtained by
turning the trimmer clockwise with a suitable screwdriver);
• a red LED"PEAK"(indicating the maximum admissible level of the input signal).
USE
• (!) Make sure that the power switch is in the OFF position before
inserting batteries.
• Connect the microphone (i.e. RCF model LA 1000 or HE 1002) by inserting
the mini-jack into the transmitter socket and tightening it in completely.
• Insert a 9V alkaline battery in the compartment according to the polarity
shown (+/-) and check if the channel (/ frequency) selected using the
rotary dial corresponds to the one of the respective receiver.
• When the transmitter is switched on, the green LED lights up (this LED
remains lit constantly during normal operation; it flashes when the
batteries are low and need to be replaced).
• Adjust the input sensitivity as needed by using a screwdriver on the
trimmer marked SENS (located on the upper part of the transmitter);
during normal use, increase the sensitivity up to the red LED "PEAK"
flashes occasionally but does not remain lit continuously.
