RCF S.p.A. would like to thank you for having purchased this product,
which has been designed to guarantee reliability, the best possible
fidelity, compactness and limited consumption.
The radiomicrophones RCF series 1600 operate in the UHF band.
It is produced using PLL circuits and microcontrollers; it includes technically
innovative solutions such as:
1. the Digital Code Squelch function, which enables reliable noise-free
operation even in
conditions of strong interference;
2. the Battery Low function, which makes it possible to check the battery
charge status of the
transmitter by means of a visual indicator on the respective receiver.
The transmitters and receivers RCF series 1600 operate on 16 frequencies /
channels; the frequency is selected by using a rotary dial on the transmitter
and pushbuttons on the receiver.
Radiomicrophones incorporate a limiter circuit, which provides two
main advantages:
• it prevents clipping and distortion due to an excessively high signal;
• it satisfies the regulations regarding the maximum deviation admissible.
The front panel of the RX 1600 receiver has a large backlit LCD display
which shows:
• the level of the radiofrequency signal;
• the level of the audio signal;
• the diversity function (comparison of the signals received by the two
antennas and selection of the best one);
• the selected frequency.
