Description
Useful whilst using HDMI
cable. When playing a disc
recorded with Dolby Digital
or DTS, the corresponding
digital signals will be output
from the HDMI Output
socket.
PCM : Choose this
setting if the HDMI TV
cannot support Dolby
Digital or DTS to avoid
noise or mute from the
TV.
RAW : Choose this
setting if the HDMI TV
can
support
Dolby
Digital or DTS.
Select
the
sampling
frequency at 48 kHz/16 bit
or 96 kHz/24 bit capability
after you select SPDIF/
PCM at SPDIF SETUP.
Audio with fully
compressed dynamic
range.
Audio with partially
compressed dynamic
range.
Audio with uncompressed
dynamic range.
S-VIDEO :
Choose
this setting
for
S-VIDEO
output.
COMPONENTS:
Choose
this setting
for
COMPO-
NENT
output.
SCART :
Choose
this setting
for SCART
output.
You can select HDMI
resolution whilst using
HDMI cable.
If you use TV without multi-
system (PAL or NTSC only)
whilst doing HDMI setup,
select any resolution with
50 Hz only for PAL system.
Whilst for TV with NTSC
system, select any
resolution with 60 Hz.
