We have an IBP A40 wrist bp monitor, which regularly displays EE (although the wrist has not moved). I can remove and replace the monitor on my wrist and it works fine. I try another reading and it displays EE again - even though my wrist has not moved. It is very time consuming and frustrating, as it will continuously show an error, and can upto 20 minutes to take 3 reading. Can you help please? Thank you
