The program could be loaded into program buffer 5 and
the prompting message record could be loaded into program
buffer 6. When program buffer 5 is selected for use, the
display would look like this:

As the operator keys the name of the company, the
display looks like this:

When the operator completes the company name field, the
display would change to:

The operator would now key in the address of the company.
This process will continue until the end of the record is
reached. When record advance is pressed, the display changes
and prompts for company name to start the next record.
When a program is selected, the related prompting message
record is also activated. If it is desired to display the current
program field instead of the current prompting message
field, the DISPLAY FIELD PROG key can be used at any
time to display the program field. After using the D IS-
PLAY FIELD PROG key, the DISPLAY FIELD NAME key
is used to return the machine back to displaying prompting
messages.
