Warranty

The Cambiare electric cello is warranted against any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of

one year from the date of delivery. Strings are covered for 60 days. Any defective components of The
Cambiare electric cello will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of The Cambiare LLC. within the
®
warranty period free of charge. Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by neglect, misuse, user
modification, exposure to extreme temperature and humidity, incidental and consequential damages are
excluded. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of this product itself, not any related product
that is used with it, and no incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit, loss of time claim. The
Cambiare LLC will not be liable for any modifications that are made to the product by others. Any
modifications and or any attempt to replace any parts of the product by anyone other then a certified The
Cambiare LLC. technician will void the warranty. Failure of The Cambiare LLC. to provide proper warranty
service shall not entitle the buyer to claim incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is only good
for products purchased in the United States, and it is nontransferable. It does not cover shipping nor
shipping related charges to products sold outside the United States. In no event shall the liability of The
Cambiare LLC. exceed the invoiced value of the product.
