    Assembly Instruction 16 M8x60mm Carriage Bolt x 4 27 M8x19mm Washer x 4 42 M8 Acorn Nut x 4 Turn Locking Knob (5) counterclockwise to loosen then slide Seat Post (3) into Main Frme. IMPORTANT: Be sure the Locking Knob is inserted into the hole of Seat Post, turn clockwise to tighten.

    Console The console with large LCD displays RPM, SPEED, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, WATTS, and HEAT RATE. Power on Press any button to turn on. Sleep Program operation Turn on the console. Press UP/DOWN to select a desired program. Programs 1 - 10: Preset programs Program 11: Target heart rate program.

The American Heart Association (AHA) defines this target as 60%-75% percent of your maximum heart rate. Your maximum heart rate may be roughly calculated by subtracting your age from 220.
