Bottom plate Replacing bottom plate assembly

1) Perform Step 1 of ①, Step 1 of ②, Step 1 of
③, Step 1 of ④, Step 3 to Step 8 of ⑩ and ⑪.
2) Remove the screws fixing the motor base
(upper) and the motor base (lower), and
remove the motor base (upper).
(M4×10, 2)
3) Remove the screws fixing the motor base (lower),
the bottom plate and motor base fixing plate
(lower), and remove the motor base (lower).
(M4×10, 4)
4) Remove the screws fixing the heat exchanger
(lower) and bottom plate.
(M4×10, 2)
5) Remove the screws fixing the fin guard and
bottom plate.
(M4×10, 2)
6) Remove the hexagonal bolts fixing the
compressor attachment plate and compressor.
(hexagonal bolts : M6×15, 3)
7) Remove the hexagonal screws fixing the
accumulator assembly and accumulator fixing plate.
(hexagonal screws : M5×10, 4)
8) Hold up the heat exchanger, compressor and
piping assembly, and place them on a new
bottom plate assembly.
CAUTION
• Two or more persons should work on
replacing the bottom plate assembly.
• Be careful not to apply excessive force to the
pipes to deform them.
• Be careful not to injure yourself with the fin
of the heat exchanger or end of plate.
