The network is built based on existing networks: Only upper-level sites are reconstructed.
Most existing devices can be retained at lower-level sites to protect investment costs.
Due to the large number of lower-level sites that support 1080p, 720p, and 4CIF,
investment in HD displays, cameras, and other devices can be reduced. This design
reduces the total upfront investment while ensuring a high-level telepresence experience.
