ANOMALY
Pellets accumulate in the brazier, the
glass of the door gets dirty and the
flame is weak.
The smoke evacuation motor does
not work.
The convection air fan never stops.
(IF PROVIDED)
In the automatic position the stove
always runs at full power.
The product does not start.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Insufficient combustion air.
Damp or unsuitable pellets.
Faulty smoke evacuation motor.
No electrical supply to the stove.
The motor is faulty.
Defective motherboard.
Control panel broken.
Faulty or malfunctioning temperature
control probe.
Faulty fan.
Silencer card of fan defective.
Thermostat is set to minimum.
The room thermostat is in the maximum
position.
Faulty temperature probe.
Faulty or malfunctioning control panel.
No power supply.
Pellet temperature probe triggered.
Blown fuse.
Pressure switch broken (lockout indicated). Water pressure low in stove.
Water temperature probe triggered.
Clogged smoke exhaust or smoke duct.
SOLUTIONS
Clean the brazier and check that all the
holes are clear. Perform a general cleaning
of the combustion chamber and the
smoke duct. Check that the air inlet is not
obstructed.
Change the type of pellets.
Check the motor and replace it, if necessary.
Check the mains voltage and the protec-
tion fuse.
Check the motor and capacitor and replace
them, if necessary.
Replace the electronic board.
Replace the control panel.
Check the probe and replace it, if necessary.
Check the operation of the motor and
replace if necessary.
Replace silencer card.
Set the thermostat temperature again.
Set the thermostat temperature again.
Check the probe and replace it, if necessary.
Check the panel and replace it, if necessary.
Check that the plug is inserted and the
main switch is in the "I" position.
Check recipe parameters.
Replace the fuse.
Contact the service centre.
Clean the smoke exhaust and/or the
smoke duct.
