CLEARING THE PHONE DIRECTORY
When you want to replace your phone directory completely, you can delete all of the numbers in your
phone directory at once:

After typing [Y] to clear the directory, you can type the letter of the location in the phone directory
and then enter a new phone number to be stored; or, you can type [CTRL] and [9] (save) to save the
changes without entering new information.
