14 Guarantee

There is a 5 year warranty for the aluminum frame. All electrical components and
the batterie
The 2 years product guarantee covers the electrical driving system (incl. motor,
display, and controller, except the Li-Ion battery, which is a wearing part.
Nevertheless, an excessive wear of the battery is covered by a limited guarantee for
up to 2 years after production date (under normal operating conditions).
Any guarantee is limited with the general terms and conditions. These can be found
