Mounted: The file system is mounted and available for service.
Formatted (Ready To Mount): The file system is fully initialized and
ready to be mounted.
Formatted (Initializing system drive): The file system has been
formatted, but its System Drives are in the progress of initializing. Until
the initialization is complete, the storage arrays are not fully protected
from fault.
Formatted (System drive is not initialized): The file system has been
formatted, but its System Drives have not initialized any RAID parity
information. Initialize the System Drives before using the file system.
Until the initialization is complete, the storage arrays are not fully
protected from fault.
Formatted (SD initialization status unknown): The file system has been
formatted, but the initialization status of the System Drives is unknown.
This is normal for System Drives on AT-14 and AT-42 storage arrays. View
the embedded UI of the AT-14 or AT-42 to view the initialization status.
Checking: The file system is being checked. When checking, an
approximate percentage complete is displayed.
Fixing: The file system is being repaired. When fixing, an approximate
percentage complete is displayed.
Failed: The file system has failed and cannot be mounted. The storage
arrays may be offline. Contact BlueArc support.
RequiresRecovery: The file system needs to be recovered. This may be
expected if the file system is mounted on a cluster node that does not
contain a valid copy of its NVRAM.
RequiresCheck: The file system is in an errored state. Run checkfs to
determine the status of the file system.
RequiresFix: The file system is in an errored state. Contact BlueArc
support or run fixfs to restore the file system to normal operation.
RequiresExpansion: The server unexpectedly reset during a file system
expansion operation. Contact BlueArc support or run expandfs from
the CLI to complete the expansion and restore the file system to normal
operation.
Unformatted: No valid file system information was identified. The
storage arrays may be offline. Format the file system to destroy any
existing content or contact BlueArc support.
