Possible cause and remedy
Products for which the postage value has to be entered
manually ("Other" products) cannot be saved as
memory items.
The letter was moved before or during printing.
Remove letter and re-insert.
You have entered a too high value for postage loading.
Select a smaller amount and repeat the procedure.

The battery is empty. You have to change the battery to
be able to continue using the mymail
(see chapter 11.7).
