Conditions of the guarantee
The manufacturer's guarantee applies to the product itself, not to its installation which is the installer's
responsibility. The guarantee does not apply to batteries and possible sub-modules from other suppliers
(e.g. a SIM card).
The manufacturer provides a guarantee and a free repair service only if the installation and use of the
product is in conformity with the instructions.
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for damage caused by the incorrect or unsuitable use of
the product or possibly by its faults caused by intentional damage or damage caused by force majeure
(fire, lightning strikes, etc.).
The manufacturer recommends regular annual inspections to check the product is 100% functional.
You can stipulate them to your installer.
