  • Page 7 NOTE: These instructions use the following tools (not included): 2x Pliers STEP 1: ASSEMBLE MAIN FRAME AND SUPPORT FRAME Locate: 1x Main Frame (1), 1x Support Frame (2), 2x M10*70 Bolts (8), 4x M10 Washers (10), 2x M10 Nuts (9), 2x Wheels (4), 2x M8*40 Bolts (6), 4x M8 Washers (5), and 2x M8 Nuts (7).
  • Page 8 STEP 2: ASSEMBLE CUSHION TO FRAME: Locate: Cushion (3), 2x M10*70 Bolts (8), 2x M10 Washers (10) A. Thread 2x M10 Washers onto the 2x M10*70 Bolts. Thread this combination through the underside of the Main Frame and into the pre-drilled holes in the cushion. Note: The LOGO should be at the end with the single leg. B.

Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.

DAMPEN A RAG WITH THIS SOLUTION AND WIPE COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE USING. Question: “Is there any maintenance I need to do for my Bench?” Answer: BEFORE EACH USE, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK TO MAKE SURE ALL YOUR BOLTS ARE TIGHT AND SECURE, THE CUSHIONS ARE SECURELY ATTACHED AND THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE FRAME OR ITS PARTS.
