    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1: Assemble Base Frame Locate: Base Frame (1), Main Frame (2), 3x Rubber Feet (10), Roller Bar (12), 2x Foam Rollers (13), 5x M10*45 Bolts (9), 10x M8 Washers (6), and 5x M8 Nuts (7). A. Attach 3x Rubber Feet (10) to the Base Tube (1) by sliding a Rub- ber Foot on each tube end.

Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.
