Check fittings for tightness. Inspect tank and replace
if necessary.
Adjust regulator for -0.04" wc draft pressure at
breech.
Replace nozzle to lower input.
Call oil supplier.
Call technician or oil supplier.
Replace filter.
Replace nozzle, adjust burner air.
Have pump replaced, adjust burner air.
Have technician clean or replace.
Insulate and seal
temperature.
Change or insulate ductwork.
Switch off blower low speed.
Fan control – Set "FAN OFF" higher.
Reset motor speed to slow blower.
Speed blower up.
Open up return air ductwork to ensure adequate air
flow.
Lower nozzle size to suit ductwork.
Adjust warm air regulators to suit each room.
Check for sufficient return air.
Tighten wheel set screw or replace.
Center wheel in housing.
Replace blower motor.
Repair or replace oil pump.
