gyros and doner cutting device. For our products, we use only

1. CE Conformity statement
The producer: Ceylan GmbH, Hängebank 10, 45307 Essen, de-
fi nes with the sole responsibility that the gyros and doner cut-
ting device of the type Devran, Saran or Seymen correspond
with the standards and instructions in the following: 98/37/EG
guiding rule of the European Parliement and council of 22. June
1998 for adjusting the law and administrative regulations of
the member states for machines DIN EN 60204 Part 1: safety
of the machines, electrical equipments of the machines; part1:
general requirements. DIN EN 1627; Part 2: food machines,
general legal framework; part 2: hygienical requirements DIN
EN 12984: food machines, portable and/or manually used ma-
chines and cutting devices.

For the use of the machines you have to pay attention to the
guiding rules of the UVV/job trade union rules for preventing
accidents as well as the VDE and the DIN guiding rules.
Any and of mechanical or electrical change on the machine that
do not suit this guiding rules, might lead to accidents and elimi-
nate the rules of guarentee. Only experts are allowed to repair
electrical or mechanical parts of the machine.
