Charging with the Dock

There are two methods for charging the battery pack using the dock:

Make sure that the Falcon is firmly seated in the dock. If it is not firmly seated, battery charging
and communication with the Host PC will NOT be initiated.
You can charge the battery pack while it is in the PDA.
1. Connect the power cord to the power adapter.
2. Connect the power cord to a power source.
3. Insert the power adapter into to the power port of the dock.
4. Put the PDA in the dock.
Charging the Battery Pack in the Spare Battery Slot
You can also charge a spare battery in the dock's spare battery
charging slot.
1. Remove the battery from the device. Refer to
2. Connect the power cord to the power adapter.
3. Connect the power cord to a power source.
4. Insert the power adapter into to the power port of the dock.

Charging LED
Leave the battery pack in the PDA. This method also charges
the spare battery.
Place the battery pack into the Spare Battery charging slot.
This method does NOT charge the spare battery.
