Using the flash
Use the flash when you take pictures at night, indoors, or outdoors in heavy
shadows.

Flash Fires
When the lighting conditions require it (in a dark
environment or the subject is "backlit", for example).
Never. Use to deactivate the flash even in a dark
environment. Hold the camera steady.
