The DB Maintenance Utility allows access to the Count Watch Database for the
purpose of renaming records with a new camera name, or deleting records
associated with a specific device or camera.
7.1.
A
CCESSING
Double-click on the VCA Utilities folder shortcut placed on the desktop during
installation, and then double-click on DBMaintenance.
Very Important:
Make sure that the Reporter Manager and DBWriter applications are closed
beforehand. Failure to close these applications may result in errors within the
database itself.
Enter a valid User Name and Password on the Login screen.
Note:
Only users with admin permission, added through the Reporter Manager
application, can access DB Maintenance.
