    IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. The built-in memory can hold about 90 pictures and requires DPFMate350 program, which is preinstalled on frames’ memory, to resize, format and download pictures to the built-in memory only. 2. SD card appears as a USB/Removable Drive if an SD card is inserted in the SD card slot on the frame, use computer’s Windows Explorer or Finder to move files from your computer to the SD card (DPFMate350 program is not required to copy picture-files to the SD card)

A: You can charge frames’ built-in battery by connecting the frame using USB cable to a computer’s USB port or by using an A/C charger. Q: How do I know when to charge the battery? A: A low battery sign is displayed when battery charge is low indicating battery should be charged.
