for several minutes).
Attempting to add a wireless device via the WPS function.
DSL has been synchronized.
Detecting a carrier signal and synchronizing DSL.

A WAN connection (ADSL and/or Ethernet) is established.
The WAN interface is active (upstream or downstream traffic).
