Plug a USB cable into the control connection board, with the other connected to the computer. THE CABLE MUST BE CONNECTED BEFORE STARTING THE FIRMWARE UPDATE PROGRAM. Start the Firmware Update Program. It will auto detect the KN-2 control. The program dialog box will automatically show the control’s comport number in the fi rst box.
