2.2.7 To Access Another Party Directly from Outside (Direct
Inward System Access [DISA])
External callers can call extensions in the KX-
TD500 system. An outgoing message greets the
caller and gives information about how to access
an extension. You do not need the operator's
assistance.
You may not be able to access the features without
a DISA user code depending on the security mode.
Ask your manager for the mode assigned to your
system.
