Problem phenomenon
There is no server
icon on system tray

Try the following
Start server program
Install server program
Connect whiteboard and
computer with USB cable
Check if there are object
pressed on whiteboard
surface, please move it
away
Uninstall driver and install
again
Calibrate again
Adjust projector
Shift to writing mode and
set mouse status as pen
Change stroke color or
background color
