If Something is not Working

Refer to the following table for information regarding possible problems and solutions if the
Garage Door Controller is not operating as expected.
PROBLEM
The Controller does not fl ash or
beep when activated.
The Controller fl ashes and beeps
when activated but the door does
not move.
Garage door opens or closes, but
the status does not change on the
touch screen or mobile app.

Troubleshooting

POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power to the 1. Make sure the power supply
Controller is plugged in securely to a live

2. Make sure the power cord
is plugged in securely to the

Obstruction blocking 1. Make sure that there are no
