10.2.1

Incident Options

10.2.1.1

Erase CD

This option erases all information on a CD-RW in the CD drive. Press
CDR discs cannot be erased. For this reason they are preferred for recordings of important evidence.
10.2.1.2

Filename

You may specify (numerical) filename to be used when storing incidents. Use 1-10 keys (10 key is used to
enter zero).
The VDM automatically increments the filename each time incidents are written to CD, so there is typically
no need to manually alter the filename.

Erase Incident Markers

This option allows you to clear all the incident markers. No recorded video is affected. Individual incidents
may be cleared within the INCIDENT screen.

The cameras that you wish to be sequenced are specified here.

PIP Mode

This option allows you to specify whether the main screen or the PIP screen is changed when a camera key
is pressed while in PIP mode. The other image is determined by the currently selected full screen when PIP
mode is first selected. This setting also determines whether the main screen or the PIP screen is sequenced
if sequencing is selected in PIP mode.

Power-Up Options

The screen settings on power-up may be specified so that the system always powers up into the required
state.
