5. Reset Your Phone

To reset your phone
1. Power off
2. Long press # until power on
3. LCD would show POST MODE
4. Press *#168, LCD would display Conf Reset
5. Plug out power supply, then plug in again to accomplish reset
After above procedures, the phone settings would turn back to factory default
