6. DISASSEMBLY METHOD

6-1. DISASSEMBLY METHOD
1) Removing the cabinet.
(1) Remove the seven screws 1 and 2.
2) Removing the rear panel.
(1) Remove the ten screws 3.
(2) Remove the three screws 4.
3) Removing the front panel.
(1) Remove the three screws 5.
(2) Remove the three hooks 6.
4) Removing the front PWB.
(1) Remove the four FFCs 7 and 8.
(2) Release the two hooks 9 and tilt the PWB
toward you to remove it.
(3) Release the two hooks 0 and tilt the PWB
toward you to remove it.
5) Removing the DVD mechanism.
(1) Remove the four screws q.
(2) Remove the two screws w.
(3) Remove the DVD REINF. angle e.
(4) Remove the three connectors r.
(5) Remove the two FFCs t.
(6) Remove the FFC y.
(7) Remove the shield (lower) u.
(8) Remove the FFC i, and at connector o, and
at four screws p.
(9) Remove the wire from the wire holder a.
(10)Remove the DVD main PWB s.
(11)Remove the FFC cover d.
(12)Remove the two interface PWB holders f, and
remove the interface PWB g.
(13)Remove the two screws h.
